Objectives of the training
On completion of the ‘Increasing awareness of electrical hazards’ course, the learner will be able to:
- identifiy electrical hazards;
- recognise and respect the preventive measures.
Industrial sector
This module is aimed at all staff in industrial establishments (employees, temporary staff, trainees, etc.) who use electrical equipment or work near electrical installations (lighting, production equipment, hand-held power tools, etc.).
Training content
Chapter 1: Electricity
Chapter 2: Electrical hazards
Chapter 3: Preventive measures
This training module is made up of multimedia animations: video, 2D/3D, photographs.
Summaries, ungraded tests and practical exercises (manipulations) complete each chapter.
At the end of the course, the learner is assessed. An analysis of the results obtained enables appropriate corrective measures to be taken where necessary. A knowledge positioning test – offered before the course – can also supplement this module.
Tertiary sector
This module is aimed at all non-certified staff in the tertiary sector who use electrical equipment or work near electrical installations (lighting, office equipment, simple household appliances, etc.).
